"It looks really good. Bravo. Can I see that...?" - Alex Pandrea
"Oh, that is really cool. Man. Wow, that looked good." - Jeff Prace
"That's pretty. You know what? That's sexy. You know what? That's great." - Simon Black
When I first showed this trick to Alex Pandrea, Simon Black, and Jeff Prace back in 2013, I had no idea how they would react. Immediately after performing the change I knew I had discovered gold.
A selection is made and lost back in the deck. The performer reveals a strange marking system that seems like nothing more than a joke... until the spectator watches three cards visually morph into a single impossible object, which is then revealed to be the original selection.
The Weird Ass Lookin Card, as Jeff so fitting called it when I first showed off the trick, is something that will leave your spectator questioning reality. Quick, deceivingly easy, and only 99 cents. Have fun with this one.
