Minimal props. Maximum impact.
With my first book of original routines and devices in almost a decade, EDC Mentalism is a modern collection of powerful mentalism built around the objects I carry every day. Crafted for performers who value practicality, subtlety, and strong audience reactions, these routines are designed to feel real and improvisational, while every beat is perfectly structured.
- No elaborate equipment.
- No awkward setups.
- Just intelligent, portable deceptions you can perform at a moment's notice.
You will learn:
- How to build the most deceptive peek, load & steal envelope you've ever used.
- How to use a single coin to give detailed readings based on ancient knowledge.
- How to divine which envelope contains a thought of name, and what that name is; with zero moves. This was initially developed when I turned up to an event with a stage in the round - so in parlour situations, this would even work with people behind you as you peek!
- How to use minimal props to create something that feels BIG, using the routine that got me the contract that gives me hundreds of shows per year!
- How to reveal a randomly selected movie using a single piece of paper (Printable artwork included).
- How I carry my mentalism EDC today after trialing many workable options.
- And a bonus routine in which a selected word from a stack of cards can be revealed. (Printable artwork included)
With a single, small pouch in your pocket, EDC Mentalism will give you the tools to perform a casual demonstration or a full act at a moment's notice.
