From the creator of “Snaps” and “Persona” comes a powerful mentalism routine that fitsin your pocket.
Every magician, whether a professional or hobbyist, needs a pocket miracle that is always with them and ready at a moment's notice. The strongest tricks for these situations use items that are natural to carry, feel impromptu and are hard hitting. “Receipt Revelation” perfectly fits the bill as an EDC that isn’t just easy to do, but also entertaining and deeply fooling.
You take out several restaurant receipts, each with a different total cost, as well as a few bills, and invite your participant to freely select one. There is no forcing, and they can even change their mind. Whatever they choose, you always have the exact amount of cash to match the receipt’s total. While this might be considered a lucky coincidence, the surprising kicker proves you predicted their choice from the very beginning.
“Receipt Revelation” is direct, powerful mentalism with natural, relatable props. Slip it into your wallet and you will always be ready to perform. Along with teaching his routine, David shares how to customize the effect by making your own receipts. After the one-time initial setup, there is no reset and you’ll be ready to perform anytime, anywhere!
Running time: 20 minutes
