This is a very interesting version of Triumph but the trick is framed to be a demonstration in sleight of hand. You tell the audience about the centre deal and how some people can deal out the centre of a deck. You then have the cards shuffled face up into face down and you proceed to deal all the face up cards out the centre of the deck just leaving three selected cards. This isn a really fun trick to perform and you don't actually need to be able to learn a centre deal!
