Phase 1 (Slow Rise): Think ambitious card meets sandwich effect. The card is cleanly placed in the middle of the deck and then invisible rises in between the kings, while the spectators burn your hands.
Phase 2 (Deja Tu): After the card is in between the kings, immediately take it out and place it on top of the deck but instantly, that card jumps back in between the kings.
