First off, this is not by Black's Magic. It is actually Walt Noon's production. It IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE A PDF that covers more detail than in the video.

My roommate has made flash paper. Without the PDF, this video is useless if you really hope to make flash paper. It's slightly entertaining and that's the only reason for 2 stars.
